Methodology
How we select what we review.
Every curriculum, statute summary, and procedural guide on Learnkoo passes through the same four-stage review: editorial selection, source verification, structured testing against stated criteria, and peer review by at least one practitioner outside the editorial team. We publish only when all four stages are complete.
Selection criteria differ by content type. Verdicts require active distribution, at least two independent practitioner reports, and direct editorial use or audit. Compliance references require a primary statutory source and at least one district-level implementation case. Essays require a stated frame and a contributor whose evidence base is documented in the contributor card.
How we handle conflicts of interest.
Learnkoo does not accept affiliate revenue, sponsored content, or publisher review copies as a condition of editorial consideration. Contributors disclose all relevant relationships in their contributor card. The editorial firewall between commercial relationships and editorial judgments is documented separately.
How we handle recency.
Every published page carries a last-reviewed date. Verdicts are reviewed quarterly. Compliance references are reviewed within 30 days of any statutory change. Essays are reviewed annually unless the contributor requests earlier review. Pages past their review window carry a recency callout.
